1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available only for courses purchased directly through our official website academy.swapnilkankute.in. Refunds will be processed only under the following conditions:

  • If you request a refund within 7 calendar days of course enrollment.

  • You have not accessed more than 20% of the course content or downloaded course materials.

  • You have not participated in any live sessions or received certificates of completion.

  • The refund request is made in writing via email to info@swapnilkankute.in within the 7-day period.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • If you have accessed more than 20% of the course content.

  • If you have completed the course or received any certification.

  • If the refund request is made after 7 days from the purchase date.

  • For any free or promotional courses, webinars, or materials.

  • If you purchased the course from any third-party platforms or resellers.

3. Refund Process

  • Submit your refund request via email to info@swapnilkankute.in including your order details (name, email, purchase date, and course name) and reason for refund.

  • Our support team will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours.

  • Refund eligibility will be reviewed based on the criteria above.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Bank or card processing times may vary and are beyond our control.

4. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your enrollment within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 7 days, cancellation requests will be considered only for exceptional cases and are subject to the discretion of Swapnil Kankute Academy.

5. Course Content Updates and Changes

  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any course content or features at any time.

  • These changes do not qualify for a refund request.

6. Technical Issues

  • If you experience technical difficulties accessing the course, please contact our support team immediately at support@swapnilkankute.in.

  • We will provide necessary assistance but technical issues do not qualify for refunds unless we are unable to resolve the problem within 72 hours.

7. Force Majeure

  • Swapnil Kankute Academy is not responsible for refunds due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, internet outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.
